What’s in a bowl?
We’re big fans of eating fresh, delicious food that is filling but doesn’t make us feel guilty later.
The bases for each of our bowls — and our smoothies and juices, too! — are comprised of what have been come to be known today as SUPERFRUITS.
Açaì (pronounced ah-sigh-ee) are purple, grape-sized berries that are rich in antioxidants. Açaì berries have been proven to promote brain function and heart health.
Pitaya is a beautiful fuchsia-colored fruit that grows on different cactus species. The fruit is packed with magnesium, iron, fiber, vitamins C and E, promotes gut health and rejuvenates skin.
Coconut & Blue Spirulina
Coconuts are great sources of protein, fiber and manganese – essential for bone health and the metabolism of carbs. Blue Spirulina is a kind of algae and powerful anti-inflammatory agent, that’s also high in protein, Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids .
Made with spinach, pineapples, matcha, and mint, this green bowl is nutritious, refreshing, and packed with fiber and antioxidants.
